The practice of yoga teaches us how to work with the body and mind in a way that both strengthens and re-vitalises, relaxes and slows down.

We believe yoga is suitable for all, and provide a range of classes and styles for students to choose, according to where they are in life – age – health – and fitness.

Purpose built in 1999, the yoga studia is a simple and light space that maximizes personal attention through limited class size.
