Chris teaches Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress Reduction courses and introduction days, which show you how to relax, live well and work effectively with the challenges in your life including stress, anxiety, depression, pain and illness.
The Breathworks course is a development of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and includes a kindness/compassion practice, which research has shown to be an important part of reducing stress. This structured course offers an excellent introduction to mindfulness and includes 3 CDs and a handbook to allow you to establish your own meditation practice at home.
