Courses in Mindfulness
Mindfulness is an ancient skill that is increasingly recognised as a powerful tool for engaging with the challenges of modern lives

At Breathworks Cardiff we teach Mindfulness Based Strategies for anyone living with chronic pain or illness. Our courses are also for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, or wanting to live a richer life with greater initiative and confidence.
