Wednesday Morning Meditation

Morning meditation from 7 to 8am, doors open at 6.50 am

Come and join us on Wednesday mornings for meditation. Since the urban retreat last October several sangha members have come together to meditate every Wednesday morning and found it a great way to start their day! Doors open at 6.50am for a prompt start at 7am, finishing by 8.00am.

Beginning with chanting the refuges and precepts, we do about a 40 minute practice.

You will need to be familiar with both the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana meditations.
